This is a very rare example of an English silver wine label with the Spanish version of Sherry (Jerez) pierced to the front. The label was made by Thomas Hyde who was a specialist wine label maker and the rectangular form has a delicate bead border that is typical of the 1770's. This label is in excellent original condition.
