Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This is a fantastic quality Georgian silver lemon strainer with a superbly pierced straining section. Used to prevent fruit pips spoiling the punch, lemon strainers rarely survive in good order. This example is in excellent condition with neither damage nor repairs. It has two wide handles to allow it to sit astride the vessel in to which the fruit juice is being squeezed - an essential for any cocktail party! The hallmarks are typically partly pierced out, but are still legible for a fine silversmith.
