Originating from the prolific and innovative silversmithing workshop of Samuel Pemberton, this small silver box was made to complement the early 19th century fashion of wearing patches. This patch box has a hinged cover and is engraved to the top with amoeba style engraving with an original "EC" monogram to the cartouche and a leafy tendril to the underside. This patch box is in fine condition with a full set of hallmarks spread between the inside of the base and cover.
