Caddy Spoon - 'Leaf' - London 1797 by Elizabeth Morley - 7.7cm long - RW/5547
This is a lovely example of a novelty silver caddy spoon with tea leaf shaped bowl. The spoon bowl is engraved with a tea plant and has a loop handle. The spoon is hallmarked to the underside with appropriate marks for the period and the "EM" maker's mark of this specialist lady small worker. This Georgian spoon is in fine original condition.
