This is a great pair of George I period silver rattail table spoons.
These good quality table spoons have the distinctive ridge to the front terminals and strong rattail to the reverse of the bowl of the Hanoverian Rattail pattern. They are additionally adorned with a superb engraved crest of a stork to the reverse terminals. The spoons were made in London and one bears a good maker's mark for the unattributed maker IP (or HP). They are in excellent condition.
