Made by Garrard & Company to commemorate the investiture of Charles as Prince of Wales, this hefty hand-made silver spoon remains in excellent condition.
The spoon features the Prince of Wales' feathers to the terminal and is clearly marked to the bowl. The investiture took place at Caernarfon Castle on July 1st 1969 where Queen Elizabeth II gave Charles the sword, coronet, ring, rod and mantle that symbolise the princedom.
