This is a beautiful Victorian silver mug with two engraved scenes of a shepherdess with a goat or lamb. The central panel is free from any engraving and the surrounding area is decorated with geometric patterns typical of the 1850's. This cup was made in London and retailed in Calcutta, India. The interior of the mug is gilt and the whole is in fine condition and has a volume of 1/2 pint.
