This attractive silver caddy spoon is a "Norie spoon" and has a good looking bright-cut engraved handle and shaped bowl. 

The front terminal is engraved with a crest featuring a dexter hand holding the imperial crown and the motto Virtutis Gloria Merces (translates to "Glory is the Reward of Valour"). This is the crest and motto of the Robertson Clan.

Made by Charles Hougham, this George III period silver tea caddy spoon is in excellent condition.
