Soup Ladle - Coburg Pattern - London 1819 by Paul Storr - 34cm long; 342g - TH/6652

Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This is an outstanding Regency period silver soup ladle made by the most important English silversmith, Paul Storr.

Coburg pattern is recognised as the king of all flatware patterns and just oozes the very highest quality. It was designed by Paul Storr for the Royal Goldsmiths Rundell, Bridge & Rundell and was intended for the very wealthiest of RB&R's clientele, including the royal family.

This large soup ladle has a tremendously hefty weight of 11 troy ounces and feels fabulous in the hand. The double-struck decoration remains super-crisp throughout and the London hallmarks, including the all-important "PS" maker's mark, are easily legible. A superb soup ladle in excellent condition!
