Caddy Spoon - Decorated Fiddle Pattern - London 1825 by William Elliott - 8.5cm long - KL/7726
This is a really attractive George IV period silver caddy spoon and is typically of the type of spoon produced by William Elliott. The spoon is in the fiddle pattern with a superbly flat-chased handle around a Gothic engraved letter "P".
The fluted bowl is generous in proportions and has a small amount of floral chasing on the side flutes. This lovely Georgian spoon benefits from being in fine condition.
