Blossom Pattern Georg Jensen Silver Dish, 1931

This is a lovely silver dish made by Georg Jensen featuring an opening blossom to the centre.

With it's dished-shape, this pin tray would be ideal for use on a dressing table as a trinket dish or desk tidy. It has a ten-sided form with a pearl to each vertice and rising blossom to the middle, all inspired by the prevalent Art Deco movement. The underside features a full array of Georg Jensen workshop sterling marks for the early 1930's and a bonus is the George Stockwell UK import hallmarks clinching the date to 1931. 

This lovely Art Deco silver dish remains in fabulous condition.
