Toddy Ladle - Fiddle Pattern - Banff circa 1810 by John Keith - 16cm long; 26g - RO/6981

This is a great example of Banff-made Scottish provincial silver that includes the rare salmon mark.

Made by John Keith in the late Georgian period, this fiddle pattern toddy ladle is clearly stamped "IK" for the maker, salmon mark and "B" for Banff. It is engraved with an original "J" initial to the front terminal. The ladle remains in excellent condition.
