The tea and coffee pots have silver handles with heat insulators and a flower finial to the hinged covers. The condition is excellent throughout.

Each piece in this tea and coffee service is engraved with the following presentation inscription dating to 1839:"Presented to Mr William Roberts by the congregation of St. Paul's Church and other friends as a memorial of esteem for his zealous, able and effectual defence of the interests of that church AD MDCCCXXXIX".
