This is a rare piece of antique provincial Irish silver in the form of a fiddle pattern dessert spoon with the full name "Whelpley" stamp of the Cork maker John Whelpley. This good looking dessert spoon is further marked with a "STERLING" stamp and has no engravings nor erasures. The spoon is in excellent condition.
