Silver Double-ended Medicine Spoon, 1926

Double-ended silver medicine spoons were used to administer different size doses and this example has a teaspoon and demi-tasse (coffee) bowl at either end.

This spoon was made in the twenties by Wakely & Wheeler who were a top London based silversmithing company and remains in fine condition.
