This attractive Georgian silver caddy spoon was made by the rarely encountered silversmithing partnership of Lawrence & Allen.
The spoon has a shield-shaped bowl with an engraved basket containing a flower. The handle is prettily engraved and remains free from personalised engravings. A full set of Birmingham hallmarks are stamped to the reverse and include the "L&A" makers mark. This spoon remains in fine condition.
