Sorry, this item is out of stock.

A rare and important silver vinaigrette in the form of St Edward's crown. This crown is used during the coronation of English monarchs and the vinaigrette was almost certainly made to celebrate the coronation of King George IV in 1820. The style of the grille adds further weight to the theory as it displays the flower symbols of both England (rose) and Scotland (thistle). The condition is excellent.
