Nathaniel Mills Pill or Patch Box, 1852

We have not previously encountered a small plain box of this type by Nat Mills. It is possibly a patch box, but is rather too late in date, so we presume it to be a pill box. The box has a good hinge and a plain interior with very clear hallmarks in typical Birmingham box style. Excellent condition.
