Pin Cushion - Lizard - Birmingham 1913 by Crisford & Norris - 10.9cm long; 5cm max. width; 18g gross weight - HJ/5809
A rare novelty silver pin cushion in the form of a lizard. This lizard pin cushion has two red ruby eyes and the reptilian skin is textured. The four feet have five toes to each and the hallmarks with a registration design number can be found to the underside. This form of pin cushion is often found damaged or repaired, but this example is in prime condition. A great example of a scarce Edwardian animal pin cushion.
