Lizard Pin Cushion, 1907

A rare novelty silver pin cushion in the form of a lizard. This lizard pin cushion has two red ruby eyes and the reptilian skin is textured. The four feet have five toes to each: one foot has been repaired although this has been well executed and is only visible under an eyeglass (see photo 4). The hallmarks and registration design number can be found to the underside. A great example of a scarce Edwardian animal pin cushion.
