This is a particular fine quality Irish snuff box in a most unusual form. The box stands tall in a rounded rectangular form with its hinged cover to the top. The cover can be lifted with the thumb whilst the box sit beautifully in the hand. The flush hinge is superb with an engraved stag's head crest above script initials. The interior is gilt and the condition overall is first class with a lovely patina. A rare top quality piece of Dublin made silver.
