Irish Provincial Sugar Tongs by Whelply

These are a rare pair of Irish provincial silver sugar tongs with a very clear "WHELPLY" mark for this Cork maker. These elongated fiddle pattern tongs are in excellent condition with a crisp "H" with flourishes to the outside of the bow.
