These are a truly splendid pair of mid-18th century silver-gilt sugar nips from the Rococo period. These beautiful naturalistic tea tongs are really lovely to hold and have a very pleasing appearance. They are in lovely condition and benefit from having the maker's mark "PR" to both bowls (often they are unmarked).
