Georgian Silver Counter Box, 1799 MoP Counters

This is an attractive Georgian silver counter box with the bonus of four original mother-of-pearl counters.

This small circular box is engraved with a pretty band around the top and is fully hallmarked to the interior for the prolific Birmingham box maker Joseph Taylor. The counters are beautifully carved with a flower to one side and blacked numbers 1 to 4 to the obverse.

This excellent gaming box remains in fine condition throughout.
