This very attractive Georgian silver claret label illustrates the transition from escutcheon shape to a more rectangular form. It is beautifully flat chased around the border with feather edging and floral roundels. This fine looking label is in excellent condition and is clearly struck with lion passant and "IP" maker's mark.
