With its short lug-shaped handle with lovely bright-cut engraving and a deep, cleverly fluted bowl, this Georgian caddy spoon is different in design to other late 18th century examples and makes a very pleasing appearance. It bears the marks of the best specialist silver spoon making partnership of the period (marks a little rubbed) and and is in excellent condition.
