Georg Jensen Silver Letter Opener Pyramid

This is a lovely silver handled letter opener or paper knife made by the world famous Georg Jensen.

The handle is in the very desirable Pyramid pattern that was designed during the Art Deco period and its stylish appearance typifies that movement. The silver handle is attached to a stainless steel blade that makes it ideal for slitting open envelopes. The handle is marked with Georg Jensen post-1945 marks, the blade engraved "georg jensen denmark stainless" and the presentation box suggests that it was made circa 1980. Excellent condition throughout.
