This is a very rare shooting related object and the first we have encountered. It usefully combines a whistle for alerting other marksmen and a cartridge extractor. The whistle blows well and apart from signs of use in the form of nicks and a few dents, the piece is in fine condition. It bears clear hallmarks adjacent to a registration design number.
