Pierced Gallery Caddy Spoon, 1804

Bowls with pierced edges always give a very elegant appearance to silver caddy spoons, but this example is particularly attractive. Made by the prolific partnership of Cocks & Bettridge, this spoon is beautifully engraved both along the handle and inside the bowl. It benefits from having no personalised engravings and is in fine, crisp condition - a lovely Georgian spoon!
