Honey Spoon - Nail-end; Hook to Reverse - London 1941 by Guild of Handicraft - 18.6cm long; 76 grams - OT/5690

Sorry, this item is out of stock.

Made by the Guild of Handicraft in Chipping Camden, this large, hand-made silver honey spoon has a hanging hook to the reverse side so that honey can drip back in to the jar.

The spoon measures an impressive 7.25" long and has a substantial, chunky weight. It has been beautifully made with a planished finish and an attractive stem with nail-end terminal. Unusually, it was made during the blitz years of the Second World War in 1941 - very little silver was produced at this time.

This is an excellent quality spoon in fabulous condition.
