A fine and rare example of an Irish provincial silver skewer made by Carden Terry towards the end of the 19th century. This skewer has a cast shell to the finger ring terminal and is marked "CT" for this Cork silversmith. The skewer is in fine condition with typical knife scratches along the length of the blade.
