Communion Wine Spoon, 1911
Communion Spoon - Cross Terminal & Twist Stem - London 1911 by J Wipple & Co. Ltd. - 14.8cm long; 22g - DU/8358
Silver spoons used for removing motes from the holy communion wine in churches are quite rare to find and at almost 6" long, this is a good-sized example. The bowl retains traces of the original gilding and is in fine condition.
